Ann Arbor Business Review is going to be included in the launching of AnnArbor.com which will be held on Monday, July 20.

Although the Business Review is going to halt its publication on August 13, the name and content since 2003 can still be enjoyed by the readers at AnnArbor.com

Paula Gardner will serve as the business director and Nathan Bomey will be the digital journalist. They will both be joining the staff of AnnArbor.com to provide content on real estate and development.

Business content will be seen in the topics area of AnnArbor.com. Readers will have the option to subscribe to newsletters. Sunday print newspaper will contain expanded Business Review content sarting August 16.

Chief Content for AnnArbor.com Officer Tony Dearing said that the Business Review brand will make sure that the site will have reliable, credible, and comprehensive business coverage.

Dearing said that Paula and Nate, being reputed journalists will be a great addition to their team.

Gardner is an original employee of the Ann Arbor Business Review and he joined the team before the launch last January 2003. She wrote first about retail, manufacturing, and real estate.  Her interest in real estate led to the creation of the popular Square Footage Section in Business Review. She was then promoted to editor in spring 2007. She was editor of Oakland Business Review and established the Michigan Business Review on MLive.com.
