Ann Arbor’s Whole Foods Has Seeduction Bread

Seeduction, from Whole Foods in Ann Arbor, MI is my favorite bread. I worked in the automotive industry in chassis engineering where we specified suspension bushings by durometer.
Durometer is a measure of the hardness of rubber in simple terms. That’s how I measure bread. I push on the top of the loaf and the more it moves the less I like it usually.
Well Seeduction doesn’t move much. It is so full of complete grains and whole grain flour that is keeps its shape when you push on it. This is the way bread should be.
Its not an outer hard crust that make Seeduction so hard, it is a dense bread from the inside out. And the best thing about it is that it tastes amazing. This bread is soooo good with butter, plain, in a sandwich, with meals. I highly recommend you try a loaf.
You can pick it up at the Whole Foods on Washtenaw Ave. in Ann Arbor, MI. There is another Whole Foods located in the Cranbrook mall at the corner of Ann Arbor-Saline Rd/Main St. and Eisenhower.

Yes. This is really awesome bread. Very dense and plenty of whole grains, so whole you can see them in their nearly original shape. It’s got to be extremely healthy bread too. You can order Zingermans food to be shipped to you.
[...] (though sometimes this really hits the spot). so we grabbed some thick slices of our to-die-for “seeduction” bread, some creamy mozzarella, nutty parmigiano-reggiano and pecorino romano cheeses and thinly shaved [...]
